Music for Cats, Album One
I've been sitting in bed reading and typing, not paying so much attention to beautiful Pansy.
(I've never been able to get a photo that did her justice. Black and tortoiseshell cats are difficult to photograph. You can tell by her expression here that she did not want her picture taken.)
Pansey has been walking in circles around me on the bed, talking nonstop. Finally realized she wanted some music. I put on her album, Music for Cats, Album One. When the first note played, she froze, paw lifted, and stared at the laptop. Then she came over and marked as much of it as I would let her access. It's tiresome attempting to recover from cat-induced screen weirdness, so I try not to let any of them walk on the keyboard.
Now she is happily curled up beside the device, purring. David Teie has brought much happiness to the cats of the world. I supported the Kickstarter project for Music for Cats Album Two: Music to Share and can hardly wait for January for more music. Actually, I enjoy all the songs on Album One, already. Lots of allegedly full-blood humans seem to be part cat.
